2nd, The Voile fabric is a sheer, lightweight cotton fabric to add more protection and also breathable. 

 

3rd, The Muslin fabric is soft and gentle on the skin, dry very quickly due to their open weave, so this prevents any bacteria growing.

 

4th, Insert filter pocket (Muslin fabric) is also made with muslin fabric. An additional option for protection to add a filter.
